My client is a leading origination which is owned by international Financial Services organisation. Following the acquisition the organisation has seen continued restructuring and successful growth and is now set for the next phase of its development. With an already strong board team they have set out a clear strategy and plan around a targeted growth plan in specific area of business.
As part of the plan they are now looking to appoint a Sales Director to lead the sales and business development plan. Working alongside the MD and with the support of the group board you will very much become the lead in the development of new business. Working with an already strong existing customer base you will ensure that you are supporting that base and realising maximum potential alongside focusing on various new revenue opportunities that have been highlighted in the strategic review. The new development side will require a real desire to create and develop relationships with some of the UK leading Financial Services organisations.
As an individual you need to be able to show a very clear and structured career path to date which is built around success and relationships. You need you be able to show you have the ability to deal/communicate and effectively sell at the highest level with the UK’s leading financial service businesses. Your contact base need to be extensive and your relationships need to have been developed of a number of years through successful results. You will need to be a real self-motivated professional who can working undependably and be able to create new opportunities in a very fast moving and changing environment.
